Meet the Host
I didn't start out trying to build a mastermind for leaders. I started out trying to understand my own life.
As a licensed financial professional, I spent years inside the numbers, the strategies, the products people are sold to build wealth. And what I kept seeing, in my own story and in the lives of the leaders I sat across from, was that the real obstacle was rarely a lack of financial knowledge. It was something deeper. A belief. An unspoken fear passed down without a name. A competition between what we say we worship and what we actually protect, chase, and build our identity around.
That discovery became the foundation for everything I've built since, thirteen books, a platform, and Teleia, all pointing toward the same conviction: every decision is a stewardship decision. Not a moral slogan, but a lived reality I've watched play out again and again in boardrooms, in ministries, and in my own home.
I lead from a place of discernment as much as expertise. I've learned to listen for what the Holy Spirit is saying in a leader's business decision, not just what the spreadsheet says, and to help people recognize the patterns shaping their choices before those patterns shape their future. That's the lens I bring into every room I lead, and it's the lens the SQ Mastermind was built around.
I built this because I kept meeting leaders who had already achieved what most people spend their lives chasing, and who still felt unsettled beneath it. They didn't need another strategy. They needed a room honest enough to help them see clearly, and wise enough to help them steward what they'd been given without losing themselves in it.
