The SQ Table is a small, ongoing spiritual formation community for business owners, executives, and organizational leaders. Through Scripture-rooted conversation and reflection, members explore how their faith shapes who they are becoming and how they lead. Members may also bring a real business or leadership situation to the conversation when it would be helpful.

Leadership often requires strength, clarity and consistency. People look to you for answers, depend on your direction, and expect you to remain steady. But leaders remain human. They experience disappointment, uncertainty, grief, transition, internal conflict and questions they cannot always express publicly.
They may continue functioning while becoming increasingly disconnected from themselves, from God or even from the work they were called to build. Not because they lack faith, wisdom or ability, but because they have rarely had the right room in which to slow down, tell the truth and seek God alongside other leaders. The SQ Table exists to create that room.
Years ago, I had a book in my heart called The Heart of a Leader. I never wrote that book, but the burden behind it never left me. I continued thinking about the private lives of leaders, the silent struggles, invisible wounds and internal battles that often have no appropriate place to be expressed.
That burden later surfaced through my book, 153: The Great Catch, How One Shift Can Change Everything. As I wrote, I began to see that the stories were speaking to the realities leaders often face quietly: the cost of misplaced loyalty, the difficulty of recognizing when a season has ended, the pain of living outside your own vision, the patterns that keep repeating beneath different circumstances, and the private questions that remain hidden behind public responsibility.
Someone once asked whether I was also the person I was writing for. My answer was yes.
I know what it is to lead, build and hold responsibility while still needing room to process my own questions honestly. Leaders need environments where they can seek clarity without feeling that their questions undermine their calling. They need a room where they can remain leaders and still remain human. The SQ Table is that kind of place.
Many leaders know what it feels like to enter rooms where they can participate but never fully belong. They may be welcomed for what they contribute while still lacking a place where they feel understood. They may lead communities, teams, organizations or movements while privately wondering where their people are, where they can speak honestly, where they can process without performing, and where the room is in which they do not have to defend their calling or maintain an image.
The SQ Table was created for leaders who have searched for that room and have not always found it. It is also a place where leaders can begin discerning the table they themselves may be called to build.

What happens at the Table?
Members meet twice a month for a facilitated 90-minute virtual gathering. The conversation centers on spiritual questions, Scripture, reflection, and the realities of leading. Members may share a business or leadership challenge when they want perspective, but they are not required to bring a problem or disclose more than they choose.
What's included in my seat?
Two live 90-minute virtual gatherings each month, access to a private confidential community, guided reflection and facilitated conversation, and ongoing support between sessions.
Why spiritual intelligence?
Not every leadership challenge is solved by strategy alone. Spiritual intelligence helps you see what is really beneath a decision, a delay or a season, and respond in alignment with God, truth and purpose.
What makes this different?
This is not networking, therapy, coaching or another leadership class. It is a formation community focused on who you are becoming while you build, not just what you are building.

The Kingdom C-Suite is the broader community for leaders who want connection and ongoing support. The SQ Table is a smaller, facilitated setting for deeper spiritual formation and conversation among business and organizational leaders.
The SQ Table is for founders, business owners, executives, ministry leaders, professionals, organizational leaders, department heads and purpose-driven builders who hold meaningful responsibility.
You may be leading well outwardly while privately navigating a decision you cannot solve through strategy alone, a transition you know is coming but have not fully accepted, or weariness that rest by itself has not resolved. You may notice a pattern that continues appearing in different areas of your life, a growing distance between who you are and what you have built, or a season that no longer fits, even though it once did. You may be carrying questions you do not feel free to ask in the rooms where you lead, a need to involve God more intentionally in your decisions, priorities and direction, or the responsibility of becoming the person your next assignment requires.
The Table is for leaders who are willing to examine themselves honestly and allow God to address the person behind the position.

The SQ Table is limited to 12 members.
You are trusted by others but need a room where you can speak honestly. You hold significant responsibility but do not want your role to disconnect you from yourself or from God. You are tired of environments where leaders must always appear certain, strong and resolved.
You want greater awareness of the unseen patterns shaping your choices, and you desire community, but not superficial networking. You want a place where spiritual depth and leadership reality can exist in the same conversation. You know that your next level of leadership will require more than another strategy. It will require greater alignment.
Trust is central to the SQ Table. Members are expected to honor the privacy of the room and the experiences shared within it. The Table is not therapy, counseling or crisis care, and members are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed. No one is pressured to disclose more than they are ready to share.
Members are invited to listen with humility, speak from their own experience and resist the urge to fix, advise or perform for one another. This is a room for truth, respect, discernment and formation.
There may be rooms where your title opens the door but your humanity has no place to sit. There may be tables where your wisdom is welcomed but your questions are not. There may be spaces where people know what you do but do not truly know what you are navigating.
The SQ Table is being built differently. Here, you do not have to perform to belong. You do not have to arrive with every answer. You do not have to pretend that leadership has made you immune to pain, uncertainty or transition. There is a seat for the leader, and for the human being behind the leadership.
